If you should arrive at the hotel between 1 and 4pm, inquire at the desk for the Summit King Suite where you can pick up your registration badge and conference bag.

 

The Summit kicks off bright and early Thursday morning with buses leaving from the hotel between 7 and 7:15am to take you to the Mission Bay Conference Center at UCSF for a continental breakfast.

Our block of hotel rooms will be released on July 7^th, so if you haven’t made your reservation, do so now or take your chances of not  getting a room at the discount rate. You can reserve on line through the Summit website and the discount code will be applied.

The cancellation policy for your Summit registration is the following: 
If you call the office 1-888-522-8110 and cancel your conference registration by July 1^st, you will get a 75% refund. If you cancel 2 weeks before the Summit by July 15^th, you will get a 25% refund.  There is no refund for cancellations after July 15^th.

 

There’s still an opportunity to get a 5% discount on our official airline, United, if you book 30 days before the Summit. The booking information can be found on the Web site on the same page as your hotel reservation
